It is a network of volunteers from around the world with the same goal of improvising health equipments, providing adequate medical care and developing technologies in the medical field. They support and work together to provide all these facilities in untouched regions of the world like Northern Kenya. They are located all around the world. The application is open-source and provides a Medical Record System with no programming language and enables input, output and storage options. What is the conference? This conference has been held from the past twelve years. It brings healthcare professionals and OpenMRS implementers from all around the world to give, share and edit ideas on ways to improve OpenMRS.
